Article 1: The Agreement

Article 2: Nature of the Service (No Financial Advice)
EuroWise Investor provides an advanced technical infrastructure for data aggregation, financial visualization, and analytical indicators. 2.1. Not Advice: EuroWise Investor acts solely as an independent technology provider. We do not offer licensed investment advice, asset management, or legal advice. All content is for informational purposes only. 2.2. Decision Autonomy: Any financial decision or transaction made by the User based on information from the Platform occurs solely at the User's own responsibility and risk.
Article 3: Mandatory Risk Disclosure
The User acknowledges and accepts the following market risks:
Extreme Volatility: Financial markets are subject to unpredictable and severe price fluctuations.
Risk of Loss: Trading and investing involve an inherent risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.
No Guarantees: Historical data and algorithmic probabilities provide no guarantee of future returns.
Article 4: Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including proprietary data models, source codes, algorithms, and graphical interfaces, is the exclusive and inalienable property of EuroWise Investor. Any form of copying, "web scraping," or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Article 5: Governing Law and Venue
This agreement is governed exclusively by and interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. Any disputes not resolved amicably within sixty (60) days shall be brought before the Oslo District Court as the exclusive venue.
